【DETAILS】
Get ready by washing hands and putting on a cap. You will make sushi using selected rice and ingredients. Please listen to the explanation by the professional sushi chef and watch his skillful finger work. Now it's your turn to make sushi. The proper amount of sushi rice is about the size of a ping-pong ball. Shape the rice not too hard but not too soft. It may be difficult at first but you will soon get the hang of it receiving a kind guidance from the sushi chef. Place a topping on the shaped rice and complete nigiri sushi.
Temaki sushi is a new type of sushi which spread in the past 20 to 30 years. Place rice and fillings on nori seaweed (a little larger than an adult's palm) and fold it. A tip is to keep the amount of rice and fillings rather small. Using the technique you just learned, make your original sushi. Choose your favorite neta (ingredient) and shape the sushi as you like.
Taste your sushi with our miso soup which goes well with sushi. The sushi you made with all your heart should taste better. Have your best Japanese meal experience in Asakusa, the home of Edo-style sushi.
Get a certificate of attendance and take a commemorative photo. Now the happi coat looks better on you. You can take the happi and cap home. Wearing them, why not make and serve your sushi to your friends and family?
